Captain Pat Tierno has been a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain since 1969. He has fished the Atlantic Ocean, the Delaware Bay and it’s tributaries practically all of his life. He enjoys all types of fishing for the various species found in the bay but will admit Flounder fishing is his favorite.
